Welcome to the page about other critters here at Royal Fibers.

In addition to fiber animals and almonds, we have GIANT RUNT PIGEONS

"Mollie" is our Great Pyrenees that we got from Great Pyrenees Rescue of Northern California . She is a working Livestock Guardian, and is a great addition to the menagerie. She alerts us if cars or dogs get too close to the property (translated, this means she likes to bark!)

Great Pyrenees Rescue of Northern California has provided a wonderful gift to us through the rescue and placement of this great companion. If you are looking for a pet, please consider rescue.

Mollie has a new friend and partner in the guardian department. Here she is playing with Zeus, our Anatolian/Great Pyrenees cross puppy.
Our house dog, Alfi, is also from a rescue organization... Longdog Rescue of Northern California . He has also been a wonderful gift in our lives.

On the fiber front, we have a couple of sheep at our house, and several more at my sister's house. These two are "Leah", an 8 year old CVM (California Varigated Mutant) and "Curley Sue", a 62% Wensleydale.
