From the road, you can see that the house actually sits back several hundred feet for privacy. The orchard helps to sheild
the house from view and road noise (though with only 5 homes on this dead-end road, there are not that many people on
the road except during the harvest). You can see the cottage just to the right of the driveway.
This home has quite a bit of history. The original part of the home is over 100 years old! It has been added onto and
upgraded over several additions. The shake siding makes it appear quaint and much smaller than the 1600+ square feet that
it actually emcompasses. The most recent upgrades are the bamboo floor in the kitchen, a new 30 year composition roof, gutters, and dual pane windows.
